We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the City Government of Tagaytay, former City Mayor Abraham N. Tolentino, and incumbent City Mayor Aizack Brent D. Tolentino, for making the Adult Learner Program possible. Without this initiative, we would not have been given the opportunity to pursue our degree course and develop the Tagaytay Online Linkage (TOL) web application.

We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to the exceptional team of City Planning and Development Office (CPDO) headed by Engr. Emilma U. Pello, for allowing and guiding us to create a digital version of their research-related transactions.
